The answer is, if you’re speaking positive “‘Self-Talk’” on a daily basis, it typically takes from three to four weeks for you brain to begin to rewire itself. The key is repetition. That’s why it helps to listen to “‘Truth-Talk’” several times a day. If you tend to have a negative bent in your personality listening to “‘Truth-Talk’” is like learning a new language. John 8:32 KJV The best resolution you can make for the upcoming year is that you will learn God's Truth and it will set you free to enjoy your life. Give yourself to study God's word. So easy to do with a Bible app on your phone. We are reading through the new testament in a year. It can even read it to you as you go on a walk or drive to the store. Become a member of RTEB (read through the entire Bible).
Confession

In the upcoming Year, my faith will grow. I am determined that my knowledge of God's Truth will grow. My understanding of God's Word will grow. Therefore, Truth wil come, and my faith will grow. I will grow and develop spiritually this year.

The level of anger toward government and government officials seems to be at an all time high. Maybe it is time to stop listening to the news. Start saying what we want not what we have. You want the dogs to come in the house because it is beginning to rain. If you go to the back door and see your cat sitting by the door what do you do. Do you start yelling "here kitty kitty"? Of course not. That would be silly. You call the dogs!



As 2022 comes into view maybe it is time for us to start speaking "'Truth-Talk"'. So we aren't just waying positive things verbally but also thinking it when we are mentally talking to ourself.

Make 2022 the year for you! See yourself somewhere in the future and it looks much better than it does right now.
