Positive ‘”Truth-Talk’” is a wonderful habit for you to use on a regular basis. Take sayings that are particularly meaningful to you. Add scripture versus from the Bible to make them even more powerful. The easiest way to do this is listen to a recording of these saying 3 times a day. For example, play them while you are getting ready for work, taking a walk, driving to work or falling asleep at night. You just listen without having to do anything else. After a while you will notice that your life is being transformed. This type of “Truth-Talk” will touch both your mind and your heart.

As you listen and meditate you might want to record personal notes and insights in a notebook. Write down the dates you noted these revelations. These new habits will help you change the way you look at the world. The more you bring your “’Truth-Talk“’ in line with Biblical truths the more you will experience the fulfillment of God’s promises. As we all know, “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
